Do you offer same-day boiler repairs?

Yes. For most call-outs in Urmston, Flixton, Davyhulme and Stretford we can attend the same day if you call before early afternoon. Ring 07722 234 666 and we'll tell you honestly when we can get to you.

Are you Gas Safe registered?

Yes — Gas Safe registration 520477. We're also WaterSafe approved (C3173) and hold a waste carrier licence (CBDL456782). You can check our registration on the Gas Safe Register website.

How much does a new boiler cost?

Accepted Answer

Most straightforward combi swaps start from £2,400 fitted. Price depends on the boiler, the position, and whether pipework or a flue needs altering. We survey first and give a fixed written quote.

How long does a boiler service take?

Around 45–60 minutes for a proper service including combustion analysis. We email a digital service record afterwards so your warranty stays valid.

Do I need a power flush or just a chemical clean?

If radiators are cold at the bottom, the system is noisy, or the boiler keeps cutting out on overheat, a full power flush is usually the right call. We'll test the system water and tell you which is needed rather than defaulting to the expensive option.

Can you install a smart thermostat with my boiler?

In most cases yes. We check compatibility first — modern OpenTherm boilers get the biggest benefit because the thermostat can modulate the burner instead of switching it on and off.

Are you insured?

Fully insured with public liability cover, and all work is guaranteed. Installations are notified to Building Control and registered for manufacturer warranty.
